Nathan Webb writes for Lexis Nexis on the recent case Wonop APS v Jagger & Ors [2026] EWHC 362 (Ch).
Nathan appeared as sole counsel in the case on behalf of the Applicant, who had sought (among other things) the removal and replacement of administrators under paragraph 88 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986. The judgment concerned the intervening impact of a notice provided by the administrators under paragraph 84 of Schedule B1.
